Perry K. Jeffries III is a Financial Strategist with over 22 years of experience in the financial services industry, helping high-income earners, entrepreneurs, and business owners and real-estate investors create asset-based income, reduce taxes, and buy back their time.
Perry is the President of Diamond Equity Advisors, a registered investment advisory firm, and the Founder of Cash Flow Unlocked, a fast-growing online community and podcast focused on becoming Work-Optional by equipping high earners and entrepreneurs with the strategies, systems, and resources needed to build monthly recurring income greater than their expenses.
Through his proprietary W.E.A.L.T.H.Y Framework and Think Like the Bank methodology, Perry has helped hundreds of clients retire, replace earned income, and transition into work-optional lifestyles by installing intentional cash flow, leverage, and tax-efficient wealth systems. Perry himself became work-optional before age 50, built a seven-figure real estate portfolio with his wife, and used these same strategies to retire his wife at age 40.
Over the course of his career, Perry has managed more than $80 million in client assets and brings a non-traditional, strategy-first approach to financial planning. His firm operates on a retainer-based advisory model, allowing clients to receive ongoing, proactive financial guidance rather than one-time transactional advice.
In addition to his advisory work, Perry serves as a fractional CFO to 6- and 7-figure entrepreneurs and small businesses, advising on cash management, profitability, mergers and acquisitions, retirement planning, and tax strategy. He has been directly responsible for helping clients increase business profits by seven figures and counting.

Perry attended Central-Hower High School in Akron, Ohio. After graduation, he played collegiate basketball under coaching legend Bill Van Gundy at Genesee Community College, where he earned All-Region honors and was the conference runner-up for Player of the Year. He later earned a full Division-I athletic scholarship to Tennessee State University, where he completed his formal education with a degree in Mathematics and a minor in Biology.
Perry has been featured on Fox 28 Columbus, Ohio, in the weekly segment “Financially Fit Fridays with Perry,” delivering entertaining yet thought-provoking financial education for individuals and businesses. For more than a decade, he has been a standing spotlight speaker for the Ohio Society of CPAs, presenting workshops on financial planning and cash flow management, and has also taken the national stage as a workshop presenter at the AICPA National Convention.
Internationally, Perry was featured on the acclaimed podcast Entrepreneur On Fire, where he taught his master class, “You’re Accidentally Killing Your Company.”
Perry holds a Series 66 Investment Advisor license, Life, Health, and Annuity insurance licenses, and has earned the CRPC (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor) and CPFA (Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor) designations. Diamond Equity Advisors is also among a select group of firms certified in Blockchain and Digital Asset Investing through the DACFP. Additionally, Perry owns one of the few firms globally holding the Certified Profit First Professional – Mastery designation.

Perry resides in New Albany, Ohio, with his wife Sara and their twin daughters, Micalyn and Madelyn. In his personal time, he enjoys working out, being a self-proclaimed foodie, playing cards or chess, traveling, and coaching his daughters in basketball.
